formula v1.3Signals
A seller agent that serves paid HTTP endpoints under an on-chain SLA, and a buyer agent that pays for them per call. Buyers deposit once and sign off-chain payment authorizations; sellers can only be paid by presenting a signed service receipt, and the escrow re-checks HTTP status and latency itself, reverting on a breach. A breached call is never paid for, so there is nothing to refund and no dispute to open.
