In this project, we will create a simple AI Nutrition Coach using Mistral's Agents API. At a high level, you'll set up access, define a couple of lightweight agents and tools, and connect them in a brief workflow. This workflow can look up or estimate calories, log meals, suggest a subsequent dish, and optionally generate a relevant image. You can run the entire flow locally with a minimal user interface.
