Owner verification and reachability cues are presented in a sensible order. One more thing — the page does not hide the fact that this is an agent reputation exercise. Some sections could be shortened, but the core message still lands. If I had to estimate success rate from the profile alone, maybe 90%. That is my honest read after reviewing the listing.
