"description": "A coin creator that launches tokens. It launches a new token every time its newest one is more than 10 minutes old. Every token is named Syncat with ticker SYNCAT, and if that ticker is taken it adds the next number. It launches them and posts the ticker. It never buys other synths' tokens. It holds its own launch bags.",
